The Code is a premium, tech-enabled storage service designed to act as a seamless extension of our clients’ homes and businesses.
We combine temperature- and humidity-controlled storage with a proprietary digital inventory platform, allowing clients to view, manage, and request their items on demand via our mobile app.
We can store a wide range of personal and household belongings, including clothing, shoes, handbags, luggage, furniture, artwork, sports equipment, seasonal items, documents and other possessions.
The Code is designed for individuals looking to optimise the space within their homes by removing belongings they don’t need every day, without losing easy access to them. From seasonal wardrobes and luggage to furniture, sports equipment and personal possessions, we manage the collection, storage and return of your items, allowing you to make better use of the space you live in
The Process: Collection & Delivery
Our complimentary space consultation helps you determine what you should store and the most appropriate storage solution for your requirements. A member of our team can assess your items, discuss your requirements and provide guidance on the collection, packing and storage process.
Simply arrange a collection with our team. We come to your home or preferred location, professionally pack your belongings where required, transport them securely to our facility and digitally catalogue them into your account.
Once catalogued, you can view your stored belongings through The Code app or online portal.
You can select the items you would like returned directly through The Code app or portal and submit a delivery request. Our team will retrieve the selected items from storage and arrange delivery to your requested location.

We offer scheduled and same-day delivery options, subject to availability and the time your request is received.
For same-day service, delivery requests should generally be submitted by 12:00pm. Our team will confirm your delivery window once your request has been received.

The Code is designed as a fully managed storage service, so our team normally handles The Code is designed entirely around convenience. There is no need to travel to a storage facility, carry boxes or manage your belongings yourself. Simply sit back and relax while our team handles the collection, transportation, storage and delivery of your items directly to and from your preferred location.
Every item is put through our detailed digital cataloguing process before being placed into storage. Your belongings are photographed from multiple angles, condition checked, individually described and added to your Code Portal (our digital inventory platform and app)
This gives you complete clarity and peace of mind over exactly what you have stored and its condition, with everything easily accessible through your Code account without ever needing to visit a warehouse or search through boxes.
Yes. Through your Code account, you can follow each stage of your item’s journey. You’ll be able to see when an item arrives at our facility, is catalogued and placed into storage, is checked out following a delivery request, is on its way to you, and has arrived at your property.
This provides complete visibility over your belongings throughout the entire storage and delivery process.
Facility, Care & Security
Every item is assessed before storage so that we can determine the most appropriate packing, handling and storage requirements based on its individual specifications. Our team uses specialist professional packing materials selected according to the item’s size, material, fragility and condition.
Once prepared, your belongings are stored within our climate-controlled facility, maintained at approximately 18–20°C and 45–55% relative humidity, helping provide a stable environment for the long-term protection of your possessions.
Yes. Security is fundamental to The Code’s service. Our facility is not open to the public, allowing us to maintain strict control over who has access to your belongings.
Access is restricted to authorised The Code team members using biometric scanning, supported by comprehensive CCTV monitoring. This allows us to maintain visibility over which team members are within the facility and handling items at all times.
Our physical security measures are complemented by detailed digital inventory and operational procedures, creating accountability throughout the storage process.
The facility is also equipped with advanced fire detection and protection systems, alongside comprehensive safety and security measures designed to protect both our clients’ belongings and our team.
The facility is also temperature and humidity controlled to provide an appropriate environment for long-term storage.
The Code’s contractual liability is subject to the limits and conditions contained within our Terms & Conditions, including a liability limit of AED 50,000 per item.
Customers storing particularly valuable belongings should ensure that they maintain appropriate insurance for the full value of their possessions. Our team can explain the applicable requirements before your items enter storage.

You can request dry cleaning or alterations for items managed through The Code. We coordinate the collection and service through our approved specialist partners and arrange for the item to be returned to you or placed back into storage once completed.
Any third-party charges will be communicated to you before the service proceeds.
Yes. We can coordinate domestic and international shipping of stored belongings through our logistics network.
Our team can assist with packing, documentation and shipment coordination. International shipments may be subject to customs requirements, duties, taxes and third-party charges depending on the destination and nature of the items.
Our In-home Wardrobe Organisation service is designed around space optimisation, helping transform cluttered wardrobes and living areas into organised, minimalist spaces.
Our team works with you to organise and streamline your wardrobe, identifying the pieces you use regularly and those that can be moved into storage. Items selected for storage are professionally packed, collected, photographed, catalogued and added to your Code account, giving you more space at home while keeping your belongings accessible whenever you need them
Pricing, Account & Support
Our storage is priced on a simple per-item, per-month basis, so you only pay for the items you store rather than renting an entire storage unit.
Standard items start from AED 20 per item per month, while oversized items measuring over 1.5 metres or weighing over 20kg are charged at AED 250 per item per month.
Your initial collection is complimentary, making it simple to get started with The Code.
Additional services, including specialist packing, subsequent collections and deliveries, wardrobe organisation, removals and international shipping, may carry separate charges. Our team will always explain and agree any applicable costs with you in advance
Yes. The Code has a minimum storage period of one month. Storage is billed monthly, giving you the flexibility to store your belongings for as long as you need without a long-term commitment.
For your convenience, you can add your preferred payment method directly to your Code account, making ongoing payments simple and seamless.
Storage fees are billed monthly in advance, with payments processed through your selected payment method. Any additional services you request can also be conveniently charged through your account
